• Trade Secret Protection: Proprietary algorithms, manufacturing processes, and technical specifications are protected as trade secrets under applicable federal and state laws.
• Trademark Protection: "Sea Forge™," "Poseidon Defense Industries™," and associated logos are registered or pending trademarks.
• Copyright Protection: Software code, documentation, technical drawings, and other creative works are protected by copyright.

1.2 Patent Pending Notice

All Sea Forge™ products, documentation, and marketing materials bear the "Patent Pending" designation. This notice serves to inform the public that patent applications have been filed and that unauthorized use, reproduction, or commercialization of the technology may result in legal action upon patent issuance.

1.3 Scope of Protection

PDI's intellectual property portfolio includes, but is not limited to:

2. Confidentiality Requirements
